Dit is de perfecte gelegenheid om je passie voor klantenservice te combineren met een levendige werkomgeving op een prachtig Mediterraan eiland. In deze rol ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons klantenserviceteam en help je Nederlandstalige klanten, zodat zij een uitstekende ervaring hebben met onze gaming producten.

Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het afhandelen van klantvragen, het oplossen van problemen en het bieden van waardevolle inzichten over onze gaming aanbiedingen. Als je enthousiast, communicatief en toegewijd bent aan het leveren van een hoog niveau van service, willen wij je graag in ons team verwelkomen. Bovendien zorgen wij voor een verhuispakket om je overgang naar Malta soepel en prettig te maken!

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verleen uitstekende klantenservice via chat, e-mail en telefoon aan Nederlandstalige klanten.
  • Efficiënt klantvragen en zorgen afhandelen en oplossen.
  • Klanten begeleiden en ondersteunen met betrekking tot onze gaming diensten.
  • Samenwerken met je team om hoge service- en kwaliteitsnormen te handhaven.
  • Documenteer alle klantinteracties nauwkeurig in ons CRM-systeem.
  • Verzamel en geef klantfeedback door om serviceverbeteringen te stimuleren.
  • Neem deel aan doorlopende training om je vaardigheden en productkennis te verbeteren.

Requirements

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels; beheersing van andere talen is een pluspunt.
  • Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare rol is een pré.
  • Sterke communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met een focus op klanttevredenheid.
  • Capaciteit om meerdere taken te beheren en effectief te werken in een snelle omgeving.
  • Kennis van CRM-systemen en klantenservicetools is een plus.
  • Bereidheid om te verhuizen naar Malta en jezelf onder te dompelen in een nieuwe cultuur.
  • Een oprechte interesse in gaming en kennis van de iGaming industrie is zeer voordelig.
