In deze rol beantwoord je klantvragen, los je problemen op en geef je waardevolle informatie over onze gaming aanbiedingen. Als je enthousiast, communicatief en toegewijd bent aan het leveren van uitstekende service, willen we jou graag in ons team hebben. Bovendien bieden we een verhuispakket aan dat je helpt om de overstap naar het leven in Malta soepel en plezierig te maken!

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bied uitstekende klantenservice via chat, e-mail en telefoon aan Nederlandstalige klanten.
  • Beantwoord efficiënt en los klantvragen en zorgen op.
  • Geef begeleiding en ondersteuning aan klanten met betrekking tot onze gamingdiensten.
  • Werk samen met je team om de hoge kwaliteitsnormen te behouden.
  • Documenteer alle klantinteracties nauwkeurig in ons CRM-systeem.
  • Verzamel en rapporteer klantfeedback om serviceverbeteringen aan te sturen.
  • Neem deel aan voortdurende training om je vaardigheden en productkennis te verbeteren.

Requirements

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en goed beheersing van het Engels; beheersing van aanvullende talen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in klantenservice of een soortgelijke rol is gewenst.
  • Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden met focus op klanttevredenheid.
  • Vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijk uit te voeren en effectief te werken in een snelveranderende omgeving.
  • Kennis van CRM-systemen en klantenservicetools is een plus.
  • Bereidheid om te verhuizen naar Malta en je onder te dompelen in een nieuwe cultuur.
  • Een oprechte interesse in gaming en kennis van de iGaming industrie is een pluspunt.
