Next Job Abroad is op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Contentmoderatie/Klantenservicemedewerker om ons team in het prachtige Malta te versterken! Deze rol biedt een unieke kans om je taalvaardigheden en passie voor klanttevredenheid te combineren met de verantwoordelijkheden van contentmoderatie. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch team dat ervoor zorgt dat onze gebruikers een veilige en plezierige online ervaring hebben.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het modereren van gebruikersinhoud en het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice aan onze Nederlandstalige klanten. Als je detailgericht en communicatief vaardig bent en je graag wilt bijdragen aan een positieve gebruikerservaring, nodigen we je uit om te solliciteren!

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Monitoren en modereren van gebruikersinhoud om te voldoen aan de richtlijnen van de gemeenschap.
  • Uitstekende klantenservice leveren via chat, e-mail en telefoon aan Nederlandse klanten.
  • Klantenverzoeken en problemen effectief aanpakken en oplossen.
  • Effectief samenwerken met teamleden om de gebruikerservaring te verbeteren.
  • Nauwkeurige registratie van interacties en moderatieactiviteiten.
  • Feedback verzamelen van gebruikers om het moderatieproces te verbeteren.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van trends en best practices in contentmoderatie en klantenservice.

Requirements

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en goed Engels; kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in klantenservice of contentmoderatie is gewenst.
  • Uitstekende aandacht voor detail en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Sterke communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Kunnen omgaan met meerdere taken in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Kennis van CRM-systemen en moderatietools is een voordeel.
  • Bereidheid om te verhuizen naar Malta en een nieuwe cultuur te omarmen.
  • Een oprechte interesse in de contentmoderatie-industrie is een groot voordeel.
