Over de functie

Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Customer Support Specialist om het groeiende iGaming-team op Malta te versterken. Je wordt specialist op het gebied van sportsbook- en online casinoproducten en ondersteunt klanten via telefoon, live chat en e-mail. In deze afwisselende functie neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor klantvragen van begin tot eind en werk je nauw samen met de afdelingen Payments, Fraud en Compliance.

Werktijden

  • Werken in een roulerend dienstenrooster, inclusief avonden, weekenden en feestdagen
  • Hybride werkmodel
  • Tot 40 dagen per jaar volledig op afstand werken

Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden:

  • Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon, live chat en e-mail
  • Vragen beantwoorden over betalingen en opnames
  • KYC-documentatie verwerken en klantverificaties uitvoeren
  • Veiligheidscontroles uitvoeren op klantaccounts en transacties
  • Samenwerken met de teams van Payments, Fraud en Compliance
  • Klanttrends analyseren en verbeteringen in processen signaleren
  • Bijdragen aan teamdoelstellingen en serviceniveaus
  • Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantbeleving bij iedere interactie

Requirements

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Ervaring in customer support is vereist
  • Een gestructureerde en analytische werkhouding
  • Het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijk uit te voeren in een dynamische omgeving
  • Bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Een positieve instelling en de motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
  • Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie dien je in het bezit te zijn van een EU-paspoort of het wettelijke recht te hebben om op Malta te werken. Helaas is visumsponsoring niet mogelijk.
