Onze opdrachtgever in Griekenland is op zoek naar Nederlandstalige Klantenservice Medewerkers om het internationale team te versterken en klanten van een van 's werelds grootste autofabrikanten te ondersteunen.

Over de functie

Als eerste aanspreekpunt help je Nederlandstalige klanten met uiteenlopende vragen over voertuigen, producten en diensten. Je geeft informatie, biedt technische ondersteuning en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich gehoord en geholpen voelt.

Heb je nog geen ervaring in de automotive branche? Geen probleem! Je krijgt een uitgebreide training voordat je aan de slag gaat.

Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden:

  • Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon en e-mail
  • Vragen beantwoorden over voertuigen, producten en diensten
  • Klanten helpen met orderstatussen, voertuigvragen en technische ondersteuning
  • Ondersteunen bij het vinden van dealers en online diensten
  • Klantvragen onderzoeken en passende oplossingen bieden
  • Klantgegevens zorgvuldig verwerken in het CRM-systeem
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een uitstekende klantbeleving te bieden

Requirements

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling
  • Goede computervaardigheden en ervaring met CRM-systemen is een plus
  • Een proactieve houding en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken
  • Ervaring in klantenservice is een pré
  • Affiniteit met of interesse in de automotive sector is een voordeel
