The posting

We’re looking for two reliable, practical and customer-focused Neighbourhood Workers to help keep our estates, communal spaces and neighbourhoods clean, safe and welcoming.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. From grounds maintenance and cleaning to recycling, estate inspections and supporting residents, you’ll play an important part in making sure our neighbourhoods are places people are proud to call home. You’ll spend your days out and about, working independently and as part of a team. You’ll spot issues before they become problems, take pride in getting things done and provide a friendly, helpful service to residents, visitors and colleagues. If you’re someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being active and likes making a visible difference, this could be the role for you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
