  • Optimize network performance through redundancy, failover, and load balancing.
  • Maintain high-availability infrastructure across enterprise environments.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable infrastructure improvements.
  • Support cloud networking integrations across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.

Documentation & Operational Governance

  • Maintain accurate network diagrams, topology maps, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Document infrastructure changes following structured change management processes.
  • Keep configurations, procedures, and documentation organized and audit-ready.
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, and DevOps teams on network initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You have a strong troubleshooting mindset and remain calm during critical incidents.
  • You proactively identify and resolve infrastructure risks.
  • You communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You maintain high standards for documentation and operational excellence.

What Happens After You Apply

Right after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video. This short, self-recorded video is the final step that completes your application.

Instead of repeating yourself across multiple screening calls, you’ll introduce yourself once, and your video will be shared with the hiring team. This helps hiring managers evaluate your communication style early, making future interviews more meaningful while reducing unnecessary interview rounds.

Don’t overthink it—you can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting it. Only your final submission will be reviewed. Please keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder for your Spark Hire invitation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
