The posting

Dans le cadre de ses activités de recrutement de profils hautement qualifiés, d2m Services recherche un New Building Machinery Superintendent qui sera affecté en Chine pour la durée du projet, pour accompagner la construction de deux Service Offshore Vessels au sein d'un chantier naval en Chine.

Rattaché à l’équipe projet et représentant les intérêts de l’armateur, vous serez mobilisé sur site pendant toute la durée du programme de construction, depuis les phases de préparation jusqu’à la livraison des navires.

Missions Principales:

  • Assurer le suivi technique de la construction des navires au chantier en coordination étroite avec l’équipe projet.
  • Représenter l’armateur sur l’ensemble des sujets liés aux installations machine : intégration des équipements, conformité aux spécifications, suivi documentaire, inspections et résolution des problématiques techniques.
  • Participer aux essais à quai (HAT) et aux essais en mer (SAT).
  • Contribuer à la préparation de la mise en service des navires.
  • Accompagner la formation et la montée en compétence des futurs équipages.
  • Participer au suivi des approbations de plans, à la revue des spécifications techniques et au contrôle de leur bonne application.

Requirements

  • Chef mécanicien francophone disposant d'une expérience significative en environnement chantier naval.
  • Expérience appréciée dans les programmes de construction neuve, les livraisons de navires ou les arrêts techniques majeurs (dry-dock).
  • Bonne connaissance des équipements offshore, notamment des systèmes de gangway.
  • Expérience des navires DP2, incluant les aspects opérationnels, essais et FMEA.
  • Connaissances des systèmes électriques à courant continu (DC) appréciées.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
  • Une expérience en gestion de projet, suivi de chantier, approbation de plans ou revue de spécifications techniques constituera un véritable atout.

Langues: anglais et français courant

Benefits

  • Mission en expatriation de longue durée.
  • Contrat prévu jusqu’à la livraison des deux navires, courant 2027.

Des options de construction supplémentaires pourraient être confirmées, avec des livraisons prévues tous les trois mois pour un à trois navires additionnels, offrant ainsi une possibilité de prolongation de mission.
