Per una rinomata struttura internazionale ricerchiamo un Night Manager con la responsabilità di garantire la perfetta conduzione dell'hotel durante il turno notturno. La figura agirà con deleghe operative sul campo per la tutela degli standard della struttura, la gestione della clientela e la supervisione dei reparti notturni. Cerchiamo un professionista esperto di Front Office che esprima naturale leadership, autonomia e una gestione impeccabile ed elegante di ogni priorità.

Requirements

Responsabilità:

  • Garantire il corretto funzionamento della struttura durante il turno notturno, assumendo il ruolo di principale riferimento operativo dell'hotel.
  • Gestire le attività di Front Office previste durante la notte, incluse procedure di arrivo e partenza degli ospiti.
  • Assicurare assistenza continua alla clientela, gestendo richieste, necessità particolari ed eventuali criticità con attenzione e discrezione.
  • Coordinarsi con i diversi reparti della struttura quando necessario, assicurando continuità tra le attività della sera e quelle del mattino.
  • Gestire le procedure di Night Audit e verificare la correttezza delle principali operazioni amministrative e contabili effettuate durante la giornata.
  • Intervenire autonomamente nella gestione degli imprevisti e delle situazioni che richiedono decisioni immediate durante il turno.
  • Predisporre una reportistica chiara e garantire un passaggio di consegne completo al team del mattino.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza maturata come Night Manager, Night Auditor o in ruoli di Front Office con analogo livello di responsabilità, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso o strutture di alta gamma.
  • Buona autonomia decisionale e capacità di gestire il turno notturno.
  • Forte orientamento all'ospite e capacità di mantenere un approccio professionale anche nella gestione di situazioni delicate o impreviste.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e di problem solving.
  • Predisposizione alla collaborazione con diversi reparti della struttura.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese.
