We are seeking experienced Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an established iGaming company in Malta—Europe’s premier hub for online gaming and tech. You will be the first point of contact for our players, ensuring a safe, professional, and high-quality experience while the rest of the world sleeps.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Night Shift Specialist, you will handle a variety of tasks with a focus on first-contact resolution:

  • Multichannel Support: Handle live chat and email inquiries in your native language (Finnish or Norwegian) and English.
  • Account Management: Assist with player verification (KYC), document processing, and payment queries.
  • Player Safety: Identify and escalate Responsible Gaming situations and suspicious behavior.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate account issues and provide structured solutions.
  • Growth: Escalate complex cases to specialized departments (Fraud, VIP, or Payments).

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Norwegian, plus professional fluency in English.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in customer support (Chat/Email based).
  • Night Owl DNA: You genuinely prefer working night shifts and can maintain high focus during evening hours.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in iGaming is a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: A calm, structured communication style and the ability to work independently.
