💻 Your Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll help users with everyday questions and non-technical issues across a range of digital products.

You could be supporting customers with:

  • Play Store questions and troubleshooting
  • Google Pay and payment-related enquiries
  • Google for Families
  • Books, Movies and other digital services
  • Product navigation and general how-to questions
  • Finding the right solution and delivering great customer service

You'll receive full training, so you can build your knowledge and confidence from day one.
