Job Overview

We are currently seeking ambitious professionals for a Norwegian Speaking Customer, Tech, Sales and Digital Experts position in Greece, designed to elevate the standard of client interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring excellence in all Customer Support Services engagements.

  • Drive sales performance by identifying upsell opportunities and educating customers on digital product features.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions within our CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within our hubs in Greece.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or digital sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-energy Customer Support Services environment.
