Deine Aufgaben:

  • Koordination von Terminen und Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Behörden und Gerichten
  • Vorbereiten und Abwickeln notarieller Urkunden und Schriftstücken
  • Selbstständige Überwachung von Fristen und Wiedervorlagen
  • Aktenführung, Fristenkontrolle und digitale Dokumentenverwaltung
  • Erstellen von Kostenrechnungen nach GNotKG
  • Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Mandanten und Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Notarfachangestellte/n oder Notarfachwirt/in oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Notariat
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
  • Englischkenntnisse sind kein "muss" aber herzlich willkommen
  • Spaß an der Arbeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für deine künftigen Aufgaben
