Deine Aufgaben:

  • Terminorganisation und Korrespondenz mit Mandant:innen, Behörden und Gerichten
  • Vorbereitung und Abwicklung notarieller Urkunden sowie begleitender Schriftstücke
  • Eigenständige Fristen- und Wiedervorlagensteuerung
  • Aktenführung inkl. Fristenmanagement sowie strukturierte Dokumentenablage (digital und – wo erforderlich – analog)
  • Erstellung von Kostenrechnungen
  • Ansprechperson für Mandant:innen und Unterstützung im laufenden Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsvorgängen, Gestaltung der Website, Marketing, verbesserung des Workflows
  • Optional – je nach Fähigkeiten und Interessen: Mitarbeit an Digitalisierung (z. B. digitale Aktenführung, DMS-Strukturen, Vorlagen/Checklisten), Workflow-Optimierung (z. B. Prozessanalyse, Standards, Übergaben) sowie der Weiterentwicklung unseres Außenauftritts (Website/Marketing – z. B. Inhalte, Struktur, Aktualisierungen, Social Media/Employer Branding).

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notarfachangestellte:r oder Notarfachwirt:in – alternativ einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Notariat
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Englisch ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Freude an der Arbeit, Teamgedanke und Begeisterung für deine Aufgaben
