In dieser Rolle übernimmst du fachliche Verantwortung, bringst Struktur rein, entwickelst Prozesse weiter und wächst perspektivisch in eine Leitungsfunktion hinein.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Steuerung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller notarieller Vorgänge (insb. Immobilien- und/oder Gesellschaftsrecht – je nach Schwerpunkt)
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für das Team: Priorisierung, Klärung komplexer Fälle, Qualitätssicherung
  • Optimierung von Abläufen (Checklisten, Vorlagen, Standards) und aktive Mitgestaltung der digitalen Arbeitsweise
  • Koordination von Fristen, Terminen und Wiedervorlagen auf Teamebene (Blick fürs Ganze)
  • Schnittstelle zu Notar:in, Mandant:innen, Banken, Grundbuch-/Registergerichten und Behörden
  • Erstellung/Prüfung von Kostenrechnungen nach GNotKG und Sicherstellung sauberer Abrechnung
  • Einarbeitung/Coaching von Kolleg:innen und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Mitwirkung bei Kapazitätsplanung/Vertretungsregelungen (je nach Struktur)

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Notarfachangestellte/n oder Notarfachwirt/in oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Notariat
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
  • Englischkenntnisse sind kein "muss" aber herzlich willkommen
  • Spaß an der Arbeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für deine künftigen Aufgaben
