Une famille résidant à Coppet recherche une nounou expérimentée, bienveillante et dynamique pour s'occuper de leurs deux enfants âgés de 5 et 7 ans, ainsi que de leur bébé à partir de mai 2027.

Le poste débutera à temps partiel en septembre 2026, puis évoluera vers un poste à temps plein de 40 heures par semaine à partir de mai 2027, lorsque le bébé de la famille aura environ 5 mois.

La famille recherche une personne de confiance, organisée et proactive, disposant d'une solide expérience avec les enfants, notamment avec les bébés, et capable d'offrir un environnement sécurisé, stimulant et bienveillant à l'ensemble des enfants.

Horaires

De septembre 2026 à avril 2027 :

  • Lundi : 15h00 – 19h30
  • Mardi : 15h00 – 19h30
  • Mercredi : 13h30 – 19h30
  • Jeudi : 14h30 – 19h30
  • Vendredi : 14h30 – 17h00

À partir de mai 2027 : passage à un poste à temps plein de 40 heures par semaine, avec la prise en charge des trois enfants, dont le bébé âgé d'environ 5 mois.

Responsabilités

  • Aller chercher les enfants à l'école.
  • S'occuper du bébé et assurer des soins adaptés à son âge et à ses besoins.
  • Accompagner les enfants à leurs activités extrascolaires si nécessaire.
  • Organiser des activités ludiques, créatives et éducatives adaptées à l'âge de chaque enfant.
  • Accompagner les enfants dans leurs devoirs.
  • Préparer les goûters et les repas des enfants.
  • Préparer les biberons et les repas du bébé selon les instructions des parents.
  • Veiller au bien-être, à la sécurité et au bon déroulement de la routine quotidienne des enfants.
  • Accompagner le développement et l'éveil du bébé à travers des interactions et activités adaptées à son âge.
  • Ranger les espaces de vie des enfants, leurs chambres et leurs jouets.
  • S'occuper du linge des enfants.
  • Conduire les enfants en toute sécurité lorsque nécessaire.
  • Maintenir une bonne communication avec les parents concernant le déroulement de la journée et les besoins des enfants.

Informations complémentaires

Les deux parents exercent des professions impliquant parfois des déplacements. La nounou devra donc être disponible occasionnellement pour effectuer des nuits sur place, planifiées à l'avance lorsque cela sera possible. Ces gardes de nuit resteront ponctuelles.

La famille recherche une personne souhaitant s'investir sur le long terme et évoluer vers le poste à temps plein de 40 heures par semaine à partir de mai 2027.

Une expérience avec les bébés est indispensable, ainsi qu'une expérience confirmée dans la garde de plusieurs enfants. La famille recherche une personne douce, fiable, autonome et capable de s'adapter aux besoins des enfants de différents âges.

Requirements

Profil recherché

  • Passeport Européen ou permis de travail Suisse valide.
  • Expérience confirmée auprès d'enfants d'âge scolaire.
  • Personne douce, bienveillante, fiable et dynamique.
  • Français courant, avec une seconde langue en anglais ou en italien.
  • Permis de conduire indispensable et à l'aise avec la conduite.
  • Excellentes références et vérifiables.
