The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.

Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.

We have state-of-the-art facilities with imaging and diagnostics on-site in New York City, Palm Beach, and Los Angeles, with home services hubs in Miami, Greenwich/Westchester, and the Hamptons in summer. Additional locations are forthcoming in the Bay Area, Miami, and in downtown Manhattan. At each of our Institutes, we deliver personalized preventive medicine grounded in up-to-the-minute science — all in serene environments designed for trust and comfort.

Specifically, you will:

  • Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants (NPs/PAs) collaborate closely with the Women’s Health CMO to conduct comprehensive health assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing. Together, they evaluate patient needs, contribute to differential diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans for both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Treatment and Management: NPs/PAs work in partnership with the Women’s Health CMO to provide both primary and specialty care services. They help carry out treatment plans by prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic results, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Ongoing collaboration with the CMO ensures treatment is adjusted as needed to improve patient outcomes.
  • Health Promotion and Disease Prevention: Supporting the CMO’s vision for proactive women’s healthcare, NPs/PAs deliver education on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modification. They work alongside the CMO to encourage preventive care strategies including immunizations, screenings, and long-term wellness planning.
  • Collaborative Care: NPs/PAs function as integral members of the interdisciplinary care team, working in tandem with the Women’s Health CMO to ensure seamless coordination of care. They help facilitate communication among healthcare providers, assist in referrals, and support continuity of care across clinical settings.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Aligned with the CMO’s standards for clinical quality and compliance, NPs/PAs maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including patient histories, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Their attention to recordkeeping supports organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuing Education and Professional Development: In support of the CMO’s commitment to clinical excellence, NPs/PAs actively pursue ongoing education and professional growth. They engage in workshops, conferences, and advanced training to align their practice with current trends and evidence-based care in women’s health.
  • Ethical and Legal Compliance: Working collaboratively with the CMO, NPs/PAs uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines. They safeguard patient privacy, advocate for patient rights, and practice with integrity and accountability.
  • Gynecological Health Assessments and Diagnosis: NPs/PAs support the CMO in delivering high-quality gynecologic care through routine exams, including pelvic and breast assessments. They evaluate and help manage a range of women’s health issues across the lifespan, ensuring their approach reflects shared clinical standards and priorities.
  • Family Planning and Reproductive Health: In collaboration with the Women’s Health CMO, NPs/PAs provide comprehensive family planning services, including contraceptive counseling, fertility guidance, and reproductive health education tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Management of GYN Conditions and Preventive Care: NPs/PAs partner with the CMO to diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions. They contribute to preventive care initiatives by offering screenings, education, and counseling related to hormonal balance, sexual health, and overall wellness.

Requirements

You are a compassionate Women’s Health NP/PA who enjoys close relationships with families and demonstrates exceptional communication skills in person, by phone and electronic messages. You are a team player who will thrive in a collaborative environment including administrative support, pharmacy, nutrition, coaching and other providers. You have fluency with primary care guidelines and a love of learning.

Job Requirements:

  • Current Florida License required as NP for Women’s health, or current Florida PA license
  • 2+ years’ experience as NP/PA in Women’s Health
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association
  • Capable and experienced with relevant procedures including but not limited to vaccination, phlebotomy, catheterization, intravenous line placement, medication administration by IV, IM, assisting with colposcopies and endometrial biopsies
