ODORZX Inc. is seeking a currently sworn or recently retired law enforcement officer to provide off-duty support related to incident documentation, police report coordination, and liaison work with local, state, and federal agencies.

This role is administrative and coordination-focused, not patrol or security enforcement. The selected officer will assist leadership with navigating reporting requirements, jurisdictional communication, and documentation standards following operational incidents.

Scheduling & Availability

  • Officer must be available for on-call response as requested
  • Assignments may involve short notice and variable hours
  • No minimum number of hours is guaranteed per week or per month

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation, review, and filing of police reports and incident documentation
  • Coordinate and communicate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as required
  • Advise internal leadership on jurisdictional procedures and reporting protocols
  • Support follow-up requests, supplemental reports, and inter-agency information exchange
  • Travel to various company locations as needed to support incident response and coordination
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards at all times

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Currently sworn or honorably retired law enforcement officer (local, state, or federal)
  • Demonstrated experience with incident reporting, investigations, and inter-agency coordination
  • Working knowledge of jurisdictional reporting processes and law-enforcement procedures
  • Ability to clearly document facts and communicate professionally with agencies and executives
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • High ethical standards and discretion

Important Clarifications

  • This position does not confer arrest authority or enforcement powers beyond the officer’s existing legal status
  • No uniformed patrol, armed security, or on-scene enforcement duties are implied unless separately authorized
  • All work must comply with the officer’s agency policies regarding off-duty employment

Preferred Experience

  • Investigations, report review, or administrative supervisory background
  • Experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional or cross-agency matters
  • Corporate or private-sector liaison experience

Why ODORZX

This role exists to ensure accuracy, credibility, and professionalism when interacting with law enforcement agencies. If you understand the difference between doing the work and posturing, and you know how to navigate agencies without escalating situations, this role will make sense to you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
