Offre d'emploi : Pharmacien(ne) – Soins aigus | Montérégie-Ouest

Nous recherchons activement des pharmaciens indépendants pour combler de nouveaux besoins urgents en Montérégie-Ouest. Les mandats débuteront le 18 octobre 2026. La date limite pour soumettre un dossier complet est le 5 octobre 2026.

💼 Descriptif des volets disponibles

Volet A : Pharmacien – Distribution (Soins aigus)

  • Lieu : Présentiel ou télétravail (jusqu'à 7 jours/semaine). Présentiel obligatoire les samedis et dimanches (horaire de fin de semaine 1 sur 2). Un aménagement du lundi au vendredi peut être évalué.
  • Horaire : Quart de jour.
  • Rémunération : Salaire de 65 $ / heure
  • Exigences clés : Expérience en milieu hospitalier de soins aigus au Québec et maîtrise du logiciel Gespharx.

Volet B : Pharmacien – Oncologie

  • Lieu : Télétravail et/ou enseignement aux patients à distance (jusqu'à 4 jours/semaine).
  • Horaire : Quart de jour.
  • Rémunération : Salaire de 55 $ / heure.
  • Exigences clés : Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en oncologie dans un hôpital du Québec, maîtrise du DME MYLE en oncologie, et capacité à donner des enseignements bilingues (français/anglais).

📋 Exigences professionnelles communes

Chaque ressource proposée doit obligatoirement :

  • Être titulaire d'une Maîtrise en pharmacothérapie avancée obtenue au Québec.
  • Être membre en règle de l'OPQ et répondre aux exigences de la Loi 31.
  • Posséder ses propres accès au DSQ.
  • Maîtriser le logiciel Gespharx (modules de validation, numérisation, clinique et bilans comparatifs des médicaments).
  • Maîtriser le français (oral/écrit) et être fonctionnel pour rédiger en anglais.
