Per il territorio del Veneto, in particolare nell'area Veneziana, San Donà Di Piave e Portogruaro, ricerchiamo OML – Operatori del Mercato del Lavoro con partita IVA.

Nel ruolo, la persona selezionata avrà un impatto concreto sul territorio, contribuendo all’attivazione e alla realizzazione di progetti rivolti a persone disoccupate. L’OML accompagnerà gli utenti nell’individuazione della politica attiva più adatta e nell’erogazione dei servizi previsti dai bandi regionali.

Attività principali

  • ricerca, accoglienza e informazione dei candidati sui programmi di politica attiva;
  • svolgimento di attività di assessment;
  • presa in carico degli utenti e definizione del Patto di Servizio;
  • erogazione dei servizi di orientamento specialistico;
  • gestione dei sistemi informativi e dei portali regionali dedicati;
  • monitoraggio delle attività e avanzamento dei progetti.

Requirements

I requisiti indispensabili per lo svolgimento del ruolo di Consulente Politiche Attive sono, alternativamente:

  • diploma di laurea (giurisprudenza, psicologia, economia, scienze politiche, scienze della formazione, scienze dell’educazione) ed esperienza almeno annuale nell'ambito dei servizi al lavoro in attività di orientamento, coaching, selezione e formazione;
  • diploma di laurea (tutte le altre tipologie) e/o diploma di scuola superiore ed esperienza almeno triennale nell'ambito dei servizi al lavoro in attività di orientamento, coaching, selezione e formazione

Completano il profilo:

  • ottime capacità comunicative e predisposizione all'ascolto;
  • flessibilità e orientamento al risultato;
  • capacità organizzativa e di pianificazione;
  • predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi;,
  • capacità di analisi e problem solving;
  • buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Internet Explorer e Outlook;
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2);
  • conoscenze dei principali portali;
  • pregressa esperienza come tutor delle Politiche Attive;
  • flessibilità negli spostamenti;
  • automunito;
  • domicilio in Veneto.

Benefits

Contratto di P.Iva della durata di 12 mesi. Il guadagno è variabile e legato all’attività che, se svolta in maniera ottimale può portare ad un guadagno netto minimo di €1.200 - €1.600 al mese. Non è richiesto un impegno Full Time.
