We are seeking a full‑time Limited Licensed Condominium Manager to work on‑site, five days a week, at a stand‑alone condominium community in Stoney Creek. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is passionate about providing excellent service to residents and Boards. You will work under the direct supervision of a General Licensed Condominium Manager who will provide ongoing guidance and support.

About Wilson Blanchard

Key Responsibilities

Working under the supervision of a General Licensed Condominium Manager, you will:

Administrative & Meeting Support (heavy emphasis)

  • Organize and attend Board meetings; record and prepare minutes
  • Assist in organizing and chairing annual general meetings and other owners’ meetings (some evenings required)
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and correspondence for the condominium corporation
  • Support communication between residents, Board members, contractors, and vendors

Site & Operational Duties

  • Be present on site five days per week to support day‑to‑day operations of the stand‑alone condominium
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare monthly manager reports
  • Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities, service requests, and contractor performance

Financial & Project Coordination

  • Assist in drafting the annual operating and reserve fund budgets
  • Administer financial matters including reviewing, coding, and tracking invoices
  • Support the General Licensed Manager in managing projects, emergencies, and contracts

Requirements

  • Strong administrative capabilities with exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, Board members, contractors, and internal staff
  • Capacity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and the ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must meet all annual CMRAO licensing requirements for a Limited License

Pay: CA$50,000.00 per year

If you believe in putting the needs of your condominium community first, are committed to ongoing learning, and take pride in delivering high‑quality administrative support and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Preference will be given to someone with a high aptitude in general trades work.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
