Role: Onboarding Engineer

Monthly Rate: $3000

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Time Zone: Pacific time business hours

3ļøāƒ£ 1-Minute Introduction Video ā€“ Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Connect new suppliersā€™ inventory systems to autoparts.com so their products can be displayed and ordered.

- Test each connection and confirm inventory is visible and accessible.

- Adapt the onboarding process to suppliers with different systems and ordering processes. The existing geolocation system does **not** need to be built.

Good to have:

- Web or front-end development; database structuring and maintenance.

- Broader back-end or IT administration skills, including Google Workspace management.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Confidence connecting systems and handling supplier onboarding.

- Quick turnaround without sacrificing quality.

- Diligence and ability to work through onboarding and testing independently.

Industry/Tools Experience:

- API integrations; familiarity with Nexpart would be valuable.
