Aufgabenbereich

  • First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Anwender vor Ort
  • Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur in Büro- und kleineren Produktionsumgebungen
  • Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen
  • Einrichtung, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung von Arbeitsplätzen, Endgeräten und Standard-Office-Hardware
  • Support für Microsoft Office und Windows-Umgebungen
  • Unterstützung bei grundlegenden Netzwerkproblemen
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets
  • Selbstständige Organisation und Priorisierung der täglichen Aufgaben
  • Regelmäßiger Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten: ca. 4 Tage pro Woche in Reutlingen und 1 Tag pro Woche in Althengstett

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im Onsite-Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Standard-Office-Hardware, Microsoft Office und grundlegender Netzwerktechnik
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten, auch im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Anwendern
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich; eigener PKW von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Fahrten zwischen Reutlingen und Althengstett
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kandidaten müssen ein Führungszeugnis vorweisen (nicht älter als drei Monate)
