Aufgabenbereich

  • First- und Second-Level-Support für IT-Themen (Hardware, Software, mobile Geräte und Peripherie)
  • Erste Ansprechperson vor Ort für Endanwender bei IT-Problemen
  • Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests über ein Ticketsystem (z. B. ServiceNow)
  • Schnelle und professionelle Unterstützung der Nutzer (vor Ort und remote)
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Vorgänge und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
  • Unterstützung beim IT-Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender (Einrichtung von Equipment, Einweisung)
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Wissensdatenbank
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von IT-Services

Requirements

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support bzw. Onsite-Support
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Troubleshooting in Windows-Umgebungen sowie mit gängigen IT-Tools
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen (z. B. ServiceNow)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten in einer kundenorientierten Onsite-Umgebung
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in regulierten Umgebungen (z. B. GxP) von Vorteil
  • Möglichkeit zur Vorlage eines aktuellen polizeilichen Führungszeugnisses (nicht älter als 3 Monate)
