The posting

El Operario de Manufactura realiza una variedad de tareas relacionadas con la manufactura en cuarto limpio o ambiente productivo de dispositivos médicos: manejo de materiales, empaque, llenado y limpiezas de líneas, domina los procedimientos de documentación, GMP’s, GDP, limpieza de línea, entre otros.

El enfoque principal es construir productos siguiendo procedimientos cumpliendo con los estándares de yield, productividad y calidad. Entre sus responsabilidades se encuentran y no se limitan a:

· Cumplir con los requerimientos de certificación y entrenamiento para el área de producción asignada.

· Cumplimientos de las normas de seguridad para las tareas que se ejecuten.

· Participar activamente de las actividades de implementación y mantenimiento del Sistema de Calidad,

garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos aplicables.

· Ejecutar de las tareas de producción del área asignada según los procedimientos de producción y

cumpliendo los requerimientos de productividad definidos.

· Demostrar conocimiento y capacidad de cumplir con GMP’s, GDP’s, limpieza de línea entre otras

· Cumplir con los requerimientos de inspección, según apliquen, de acuerdo con los procedimientos para

los que fue entrenado.

· Reparar los productos no conformes, de acuerdo con las especificaciones establecidas.

· Ejecutar y reportar las actividades de su área, respondiendo por la calidad, el tiempo, la confiabilidad y

· el desempeño de servicios e informaciones generadas, atendiendo a las necesidades de los clientes

internos / externos.

· Cumplir con los requerimientos de documentación y trazabilidad para los procesos de producción asignado.

· Apoyar y/o ejecutar procesos de entrenamiento y certificación de personal según los procedimientos establecidos, en operaciones de su área.

· Apoyar al supervisor y/o líder en labores adicionales requeridas para el cumplimiento de las

· necesidades de producción.

Requirements

· Deseable capaz de cubrir más de una operación en el área productiva cumpliendo con los estándares de yield y calidad de operación.

· Deseable 3 o más años en industria médica.

· Deseable bachillerato en educación media.

· Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en manufactura de diversas industrias.

· Adjuntar hoja de delincuencia con vigencia de tres meses

· Deseable con conocimientos básicos en Microsoft Office.

Turno B - 40hrs semanales L-V 3:30pm - 10:00pm y S 8:00am - 3:00pm
