The posting

Rattaché(e) au chef de l’atelier, l’Opérateur Polyvalent drapage/collage/bordurage H/F réalise plusieurs opérations de production selon un mode opératoire de production établi et renseigne les documents de production attenant à son activité. Il/elle peut être amené à travailler en horaires 1x8, 2x8, 3x8.

Il/elle est formé sur plusieurs moyens/procédés de fabrication : 2 au minimum.

Une formation interne valide sa qualification sur chacun des procédés.

Il/elle peut être amené à travailler sur les moyens de production.

Sous la responsabilité du chef d’équipe, les missions principales de l’Opérateur Polyvalent seront :

  • Réaliser une ou plusieurs opérations de production élémentaire ;
  • Renseigner les documents de production ;
  • Alimenter en matières premières et/ou articles de conditionnement et petit matériel ;
  • Effectuer l'identification des lots de fabrication et des fiches de fabrication ; participer à la maîtrise de la traçabilité ;
  • Contrôler la conformité des pièces et alerte en cas d'anomalies rencontrées ;
  • Nettoyer et entretenir les équipements et/ou du matériel ;
  • Préparer le matériel de production en fonction du planning et des instructions ;

Il/elle aura un rôle potentiellement évolutif en fonction de son implication et de l’activité de l’entreprise.

Requirements

Vous avez un CQPM Opérateur matériaux composites ou un titre AFPA de technicien d’atelier en matériaux composites.

Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.

De plus, vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités de rigueur, de persévérance et de respect des règles de sécurité.

Rémunération 1850€ brut mensuel
