主な役割と責任:

  • フィールドエンジニアチームおよび外部パートナーの管理
  • 24時間365日の運用サポート体制の構築・改善
  • 顧客サイトのKPIモニタリングと改善施策の実行
  • 顧客離脱リスクの予兆把握と能動的な対応
  • 顧客経営層・現場責任者への定例報告と期待値調整
  • BA/DEと連携したデータ分析、ダッシュボード活用、根本原因分析
  • 運用データに基づく拡張・アップセル機会の発掘
  • 正社員と外部パートナーを組み合わせた最適なリソース戦略の策定
  • SLAを維持しながらのコスト最適化、Gross Margin・P&L改善
  • DeploymentからOperationsへの引継ぎ管理、UAT後の運用受入判断
  • 運用フェーズにおける顧客窓口の一本化と安定運用体制の確立

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 下記任意領域でオペレーションマネジメント/カスタマーサクセス/コンサルティング経験が 3 年以上
  • 物流、倉庫自動化、工場自動化、マテハン、ロボット
  • DX・ICT 関連のソフトウェア、ハードウェア、ネットワーク、システム開発、保守、運用
  • 顧客とステークホルダーマネジメント: 複雑な顧客課題やエスカレーション対応において、社内外の関係者を調整し、沈着冷静に解決へ導く交渉力と政治的判断力。
  • 日本語：ネイティブまたはビジネス上級レベル (N1相当) - 法人顧客との折衝が可能であること。

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 英語力：英語コミュニケーションする能力、社内の多国籍チームとの協業が可能であること。
  • ベンダー/外注管理能力: 協力会社、または外部パートナー企業の管理・折衝経験
  • 自動化/WMSの知識: ASRS (自動倉庫)、ERP、WMS (倉庫管理システム)、AGV/AMR等の技術的背景をお持ちの方。
  • P&L管理経験: 事業ユニットの損益計算書 (P&L) やコストセンターの予実管理経験。
  • ITIL やPMP (Project Management Professional)資格の持有
