Cosa ti aspetta:

Come Operation Specialist, farai parte del team Business Assurance e contribuirai alla pianificazione e al coordinamento delle attività di audit.

Attività:

  • gestione delle relazioni con i clienti
  • programmazione degli audit
  • emissione certificati
  • aggiornamento dei database (CRM ed altri diversi database)
  • supporto fatturazione attiva e passiva
  • supporto recupero crediti
  • partecipazione attiva agli audit degli enti di accreditamento
  • pianificazione di audit interni ed esterni

Requirements

Cosa cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza pregressa in posizioni simili
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e gestione del cliente
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office, con particolare attenzione a Excel.

Retribuzione e trasparenza salariale

In linea con i principi della Direttiva Europea sulla Trasparenza Retributiva, per questa posizione è prevista una RAL compresa tra €23.800 e €25.000, definita in funzione dell'esperienza, delle competenze tecniche e del livello di autonomia del candidato.

Sede di lavoro: Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), vicinanza MM2.
