Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational issues and opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to optimize workflow.
  • Manage resource allocation and budgeting to support operational needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procedures and reduce costs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present operational insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or process optimization roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
