  • Prepare and manage detailed project plans, scopes of work, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and project schedules.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement effective cost-control measures to support profitable project delivery.
  • Support preconstruction and work-winning activities, including project inputs, estimates, planning assumptions, technical coordination, and project execution strategies.
  • Coordinate the procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and services in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Procurement teams.
  • Plan and optimize the allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, plant, machinery, equipment, and other project resources.
  • Supervise Project Managers, engineers, site teams, and cross-disciplinary leads to ensure effective and timely project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party vendors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
  • Review technical specifications, shop drawings, BOQs, equipment data sheets, method statements, material submissions, and other MEP-related documentation.
  • Oversee MEP testing, commissioning, documentation, close-out activities, and final project handover.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, cost overruns, resource constraints, technical issues, and operational risks, ensuring timely corrective action.
  • Prepare and submit regular project progress, cost, performance, and management reports, highlighting key risks, delays, corrective actions, and decisions required.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Bahraini regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, technical standards, quality requirements, and HSSE procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective quality-control measures to ensure MEP works meet approved specifications and applicable standards.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor the effective utilization of plant, machinery, manpower, materials, and subcontractor resources and prevent unnecessary expenditure or misuse.
  • Support the timely resolution of technical, commercial, procurement, and operational issues affecting project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, approved budgets, and required contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the MEP Division Manager in line with business requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
