OPERATIONS MANAGER

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità del presidio e del coordinamento delle principali aree coinvolte nel processo produttivo, con l'obiettivo di garantire efficienza, continuità operativa, sicurezza e miglioramento dei processi.

La posizione si inserisce in un contesto industriale strutturato, caratterizzato da una forte attenzione all'innovazione, alla qualità e alla digitalizzazione dei processi, con una produzione orientata alla realizzazione di prodotti di design Made in Italy e una presenza consolidata sui mercati internazionali.

Responsabilità

La figura sarà chiamata a:

  • coordinare e supervisionare le principali aree Operations connesse al processo produttivo;
  • garantire il corretto funzionamento dei processi, intervenendo sulle criticità e promuovendo azioni di miglioramento continuo;
  • monitorare performance e KPI produttivi, individuando opportunità di efficientamento;
  • implementare metodologie di Lean Manufacturing e miglioramento continuo;
  • gestire progetti di investimento industriale, sviluppo e ampliamento della capacità produttiva;
  • collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali per assicurare l'integrazione e l'efficienza dei processi;
  • contribuire allo sviluppo di un modello produttivo sempre più digitalizzato e data-driven;
  • garantire il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e delle procedure operative.

Requirements

  • Laurea, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Meccanica o discipline affini;
  • esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Operations Manager, ricoperto con continuità da almeno 5 anni, stiamo dando priorità a risorse con esperienza nel settore arredamento;
  • solida esperienza in ambito Lean Manufacturing e Continuous Improvement;
  • esperienza nella gestione integrata delle diverse aree Operations;
  • comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti di investimento industriale e ampliamento produttivo;
  • familiarità con contesti make-to-order, sistemi ERP e ambienti produttivi digitalizzati;
  • preferibile provenienza dal settore arredamento/design o da altri contesti manifatturieri strutturati.

  • forte orientamento ai numeri e ai KPI;
  • capacità analitica e approccio orientato all'innovazione;
  • capacità di gestione delle priorità e delle situazioni complesse;
  • elevata resilienza e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici;
  • trasparenza, affidabilità e capacità di costruire relazioni professionali basate sulla fiducia;
  • leadership e capacità di coordinamento.

Benefits

RAL indicativa: €70.000 – €95.000, commisurata all'esperienza;
