Operatore Bulk

La posizione

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del reparto Bulk e sarà responsabile della preparazione dei semilavorati, garantendo il corretto dosaggio delle materie prime, il rispetto delle ricette di produzione e degli standard qualitativi aziendali. Opererà a stretto contatto con Produzione, Magazzino e Controllo Qualità per assicurare il corretto avanzamento delle attività produttive.

Responsabilità principali

  • Eseguire le operazioni di pesatura e dosaggio delle materie prime secondo le ricette e le procedure aziendali.
  • Condurre e monitorare miscelatori, turboemulsori e impianti di preparazione bulk.
  • Verificare il corretto svolgimento dei cicli di lavorazione e il rispetto dei parametri di processo.
  • Compilare la documentazione di produzione e garantire la corretta tracciabilità dei materiali utilizzati.
  • Effettuare le attività di pulizia e sanificazione degli impianti e delle aree di lavoro nel rispetto delle procedure interne.
  • Collaborare con il Controllo Qualità per l'esecuzione dei controlli previsti durante le fasi di produzione.
  • Supportare le attività di movimentazione delle materie prime e dei semilavorati.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale.
  • Preferibile esperienza maturata in reparti bulk o in contesti produttivi dei settori cosmetico, chimico, farmaceutico o alimentare.
  • Conoscenza delle principali attività di miscelazione e preparazione prodotti.
  • Buona dimestichezza con procedure operative e documentazione di produzione.
  • Disponibilità al lavoro su turni.
  • Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione al rispetto delle procedure.

Costituisce titolo preferenziale il possesso del patentino per la conduzione del carrello elevatore.

Si offre

  • Inserimento diretto in azienda con CCNL Chimico Cosmetico (Inquadramento indicativo E1 - D3)
  • RAL compresa tra 28.000 € e 30.000 €.

Sede di lavoro: Crema (CR).
