Ali Professional, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili altamente qualificati, ricerca una figura di Operatore Impianti CNC per il Taglio Lamiere (Ossitaglio e Plasma).

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del reparto produttivo, risponderà direttamente al Responsabile di Reparto e si occuperà dell'attrezzaggio, della regolazione e della conduzione di impianti CNC per il taglio termico delle lamiere, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi, la qualità delle lavorazioni e il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza.

All'interno del reparto produttivo ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:

  • Conduzione e Regolazione Impianti: Condurre impianti CNC dedicati al taglio di lamiere mediante tecnologie ad ossitaglio e plasma. Curare l'attrezzaggio e la corretta impostazione dei parametri di lavorazione, intervenendo tempestivamente in caso di anomalie o difetti per garantire standard qualitativi elevati.
  • Movimentazione e Gestione Materiale: Effettuare le operazioni di carico e scarico delle lamiere e dei componenti lavorati utilizzando il carroponte e la traversa magnetica in totale sicurezza. Gestire la movimentazione dei materiali verso le aree di lavorazione successive e i magazzini interfase.
  • Controllo Qualità e Smistamento: Effettuare un primo controllo visivo sulla qualità dei pezzi e provvedere al loro corretto smistamento in base alle fasi di produzione successive o alla spedizione, garantendone la tracciabilità e la corretta identificazione.
  • Manutenzione e Cura della Postazione: Eseguire gli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e pulizia dell'impianto e dell'area di lavoro, svolgendo piccole attività riparative e segnalando eventuali esigenze manutentive straordinarie.

Requirements

Istruzione e Formazione:

  • Qualifica professionale o Diploma di Scuola Secondaria Superiore, preferibilmente ad indirizzo Meccanico o Tecnico.

Competenze Tecniche ed Esperienza:

  • Esperienza pregressa nella conduzione di impianti CNC per ossitaglio e/o taglio plasma.
  • Capacità di lettura e comprensione del disegno tecnico meccanico.
  • Competenza nell'attrezzaggio delle macchine e nella regolazione dei principali parametri di taglio.
  • Abilità nell'utilizzo del carroponte e della traversa magnetica per la movimentazione di lamiere e manufatti.
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di smistamento e gestione del materiale tagliato.
  • Buona manualità e attitudine alla manutenzione ordinaria dei macchinari.

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL): € 23.000 - € 32.000 (commisurata all'effettiva esperienza ed autonomia del candidato).
