The posting

L’opticien(ne) aide les membres dans le choix et la commande de leurs équipements optiques. Procède aux mesures optiques, assure le traitement approprié des ordonnances. Utilise les outils informatiques pour traiter les commandes, et supervise les assistants opticiens.

Principales tâches et responsabilités :

  • Garantit un haut niveau de service, et particulièrement un accueil chaleureux et courtois aux membres.
  • Aide le membre à choisir des montures et lentilles conformément à son ordonnance.
  • Aide les membres à fixer un rendez-vous avec l’ophtalmologiste.
  • Procède aux mesures optiques.
  • Réalise les examens visuels afin d’ajuster si nécessaire la prescription indiquée sur l’ordonnance.
  • Saisit les commandes des membres à l’ordinateur, envoie les commandes spéciales aux fournisseurs appropriés.
  • Encaisse les paiements et gère les mouvements de fonds (espèces, cartes, etc.) Reçoit les paiements exacts, rend la monnaie si nécessaire, traite les paiements en suivant les procédures adaptées. Assure la transmission des éléments appropriés aux organismes de sécurité et de protection sociale si nécessaire.
  • Ajuste et met au point les équipements optiques en fonction de l’ordonnance et des mesures effectuées sur le membre.
  • Commande la marchandise et les fournitures nécessaires à l’activité du centre optique. Enregistre la réception des commandes spéciales provenant des fournisseurs externes.
  • Veille au respect permanent des consignes de sécurité, des procédures internes et particulièrement celles de stockage, ainsi qu’à la propreté des aires de travail.
  • Stocke la marchandise et les fournitures.
  • Respecte les normes de production, de tenues de livres, de marchandisage et de stockage.
  • S’assure qu’il y a assez de verres et produits d’essai en stock.
  • Participe au bon fonctionnement de son département et plus généralement à celui de l’entrepôt.
  • Aide au besoin les autres services de l’entrepôt.
  • Supervise les apprentis et assistants opticiens.

Qualifications souhaitées :

Une première expérience du métier d’opticien est un plus.

La possession du BTS opticien lunetier, ou Brevet professionnel d’opticien lunetier ou équivalent est nécessaire.

Habilitations nécessaires :

Aucune.

Des formations spécifiques pourront être dispensées par la société.

Qualités requises : Sens du contact, rigueur, discrétion dans le traitement des données.
