Role Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Operations & Support Specialist with minimum 3 years of experience to support Oracle-related operational activities, and partner coordination.

This role is primarily operations-focused. The ideal candidate will combine strong coordination and communication skills with a foundational understanding of Oracle databases and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Oracle platforms, including but not limited to Oracle Partner Store, Oracle Royalty Management, Oracle Support Renewal, My Oracle Support, Collaborative Customer Engagement, Oracle MyLearn, and Oracle University.
  • Manage Oracle eOPN renewals and complete all related administrative activities in a timely manner.
  • Handle and respond to partnership-related matters, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Support internal teams with certification processes, exam issues, and account setup/administration.
  • Open, track, and follow up on support tickets with Oracle (MOS) for internal and customer-related issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and ensure issues are resolved or appropriately escalated within the required timeframe.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for Oracle licenses, local technology solutions, and related support services.
  • Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for proposed Oracle solutions and offerings, ensuring that all required products, licenses, services, and support components are accurately identified and included.
  • Coordinate with Oracle, vendors, and third parties on ongoing activities and follow-ups.
  • Support day-to-day Oracle Technology Services operations and ensure proper tracking of tasks and deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations and supporting materials for Oracle Technology products, solutions, and offerings when required.
  • Maintain continuous learning and development to stay up to date with Oracle technologies, products, platforms, processes, and industry developments.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organization when handling Oracle-related administrative and operational activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work across multiple teams
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical and functional skills

Educational Background & Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle Databases
  • Familiarity with Oracle Platforms
  • Exposure to cloud technologies (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is a plus
