The E-Volunteer’s Role

Use your expertise to help our partner, the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ), strengthen how it measures impact, improves governance and delivers effective programs and services. • Build an institutional mapping matrix: Identify Canadian organizations, including chambers of commerce, provincial boards of trade and industry associations, whose private-sector development programs align with PSOJ’s priorities.
  • Analyze best practices and revenue models: Benchmark approaches used by Canadian counterparts, such as fee-for-service digital advisory programs, sponsored SME upskilling cohorts and corporate membership tiers.
  • Create a collaboration and partnership roadmap: Develop an outreach strategy and partnership framework for joint initiatives, cross-border trade-readiness programs and donor- or grant-funded bilateral projects between PSOJ and Canadian institutions.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational management, business management or a related field

Essential Background:

  • Strategic and operational planning: Extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational planning, business planning and management, with knowledge of policy development.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
