Ali Professional, per conto di un importante leader in Italia nel settore dell’Education e punto di riferimento nel panorama delle Università Telematiche, ricerca un/a Orientatore/trice per il potenziamento della squadra basata nella Capitale.

Descrizione del ruolo

Gli Orientatori sono il punto di riferimento strategico per lo sviluppo professionale e accademico degli iscritti. Svolgono attività di mentoring e consulenza mirata per aiutare studenti e professionisti (di diverse età e background) a individuare il percorso formativo più in linea con i loro obiettivi di carriera. Questo processo si fonda sull'analisi approfondita del potenziale, sulla valorizzazione delle competenze pregresse e sull'esplorazione delle reali aspirazioni professionali dei candidati.

Responsabilità principali

  • Consulenza di Carriera: Condurre sessioni di coaching (telefoniche, online e in presenza) per esplorare le ambizioni dei candidati.
  • Piani di Sviluppo Personalizzati: Analizzare il background accademico e professionale dei candidati per proporre percorsi di studio e piani di sviluppo su misura.
  • Gestione Eventi & Workshop: Organizzare e facilitare incontri in Ateneo (o virtuali) incentrati sull'orientamento al lavoro e sull'evoluzione delle carriere, favorendo il confronto diretto.
  • Onboarding & Supporto: Guidare i candidati nel processo decisionale e nella successiva fase di iscrizione.
  • Early Career Advisory: Svolgere attività di orientamento per gli studenti delle scuole superiori, aiutandoli a focalizzare i propri talenti e a comprendere le richieste del mercato del lavoro.
  • Networking: Rappresentare l'Ateneo in eventi esterni come career days, fiere, open day e incontri B2B/scuole in veste di esperto di formazione e sviluppo.

Requirements

  • Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza come Career Coach, Orientatore o in ruoli commerciali/consultivi legati alla formazione e allo sviluppo del potenziale umano.
  • Conoscenze: Solida comprensione del sistema universitario (tradizionale e digitale) e delle attuali dinamiche del mercato del lavoro (il possesso di una laurea è un requisito preferenziale).
  • Comunicazione: Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali, con una spiccata capacità di negoziazione e gestione delle obiezioni.
  • Mindset: Forte orientamento al problem-solving, attitudine al lavoro in team e focus sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi (KPI).
  • Strumenti: Ottima padronanza degli strumenti digitali (pacchetto Office, piattaforme di videoconferenza) e familiarità con software CRM/gestionali.

Competenze trasversali

  • Forte empatia e padronanza delle tecniche di ascolto attivo, fondamentali per comprendere i bisogni latenti del candidato.
  • Eccellenti capacità di organizzazione, pianificazione e time management.
  • Proattività, curiosità verso i nuovi trend del mercato del lavoro e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
