We are looking for a Customer Service/Front Office professional to join our team in Elefsina,
The Customer Service/Front Office Professional will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in converting enquiries into booked moves. This dynamic, client-facing role requires commercial instinct, genuine warmth, and confident communication with a diverse range of customers, from private individuals and corporate clients to transferees referred through our international agent network.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries responding promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
- Gather move details from prospective clients and arrange home surveys with our operations team.
- Present our services and quotes persuasively, guiding clients toward the right solution for their needs.
- Adapt communication style to the audience — whether a family planning an international move, a corporate HR manager coordinating an employee relocation, or an overseas agent managing a transferee.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and client interactions in the company's systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from enquiry to active file.
- Provide a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects the standards and reputation of the Orphee Beinoglou brand.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and listening skills.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on converting enquiries into lasting client relationships.
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive team player with a solutions-focused approach.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in international removals, relocation, freight forwarding, logistics, or mobility is highly desirable.
