The Role: Outbound Call Sales Agent for the Turkish Market

Step into the role of Outbound Call Sales Agent and engage with potential clients in the Turkish market. Your mission will be to effectively communicate our products and services, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • The Connector: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • The Closer: Listen to and understand customer needs, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific requirements.
  • The Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities in our CRM system to ensure efficient tracking.
  • The Team Player: Share insights and collaborate with your colleagues to refine sales strategies and enhance performance.
  • The Learner: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and best sales practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in sales or any customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
