Plateful is a fast-growing DTC kitchen brand building a premium portfolio of cookware and food storage products for customers across the US.

We're a 60+ person team continuing to scale quickly, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. As we grow, our Sales Team plays a key role in helping customers make the right decisions, recover missed opportunities, and maximize the value of every customer interaction.

We're looking for driven sales professionals who want to be part of a growing team, take ownership of their results, and play a direct role in Plateful's continued growth.

The Opportunity

We're looking for driven, persistent, and consultative Outbound Sales Reps who can turn warm customer interactions into revenue and maximize every sales opportunity.

You'll connect with customers at different stages of their buying journey, from those who showed strong intent but didn't complete their purchase, to existing customers who have just placed an order. Your role is to reconnect, understand their needs, overcome objections or payment concerns, and confidently guide them toward the right solution.

This includes recovering abandoned carts and declined transactions, as well as identifying post-purchase upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Every customer you speak with has already interacted with our brand, visited our store, attempted to purchase, or recently completed an order.

This is not cold calling. You'll be working with warm leads and existing customers, making every conversation an opportunity to recover a sale, increase order value, and create a better customer experience.

We're looking for people who build trust quickly, communicate confidently, and genuinely enjoy the challenge of turning customer conversations into successful outcomes.

  • Strong upsell and cross-sell skills are non-negotiable. Recovering the sale is the baseline. The ability to grow order value and maximize every customer opportunity is where you win.
  • Proven experience in sales recovery, win-back, retention, upselling, or cross-selling, ideally in a consultative or high-ticket sales environment. $1K+ AOV experience is preferred.
  • Shopify and CRM experience is a must. You should be comfortable navigating orders, carts, and customer records without hand-holding.
  • Must be comfortable working EST hours, including night shifts and rotating weekday schedules. Shift start times may vary.
  • Excellent objection handling and closing skills. You should be comfortable handling price concerns, payment issues, hesitation, and other barriers to purchase.
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator who can build trust quickly and guide customers toward a purchase decision. KPI- and performance-driven with a strong ownership mindset. You track your numbers, understand your targets, and take responsibility for your results.
  • Fast learner, coachable, and execution-focused. You take feedback well and can quickly apply it to improve your performance.
