Kik vagyunk mi? A Laba Group Európa egyik legnagyobb oktatással foglalkozó EdTech vállalata. Jelenleg több mint 700 munkatársunk dolgozik 8 piacon azon a közös küldetésen, hogy naprakész, valódi tudást biztosítsunk azok számára, akik fejlődni szeretnének. Az elmúlt 10 évben több mint 1400 kurzust indítottunk, és 200 000+ diákot tanítottunk világszerte. Emellett létrehoztunk három különböző online oktatási márkát:

  • Laba – szakmai fejlődést támogató üzleti kurzusok
  • Skvot – a kreatív szakma online iskolája
  • robot_dreams – platform az IT-karrier elindításához és fejlesztéséhez

A LABA egy nemzetközi online üzleti iskola, ahol szakemberek fejlesztik magukat menedzsment, pénzügy, marketing és IT területeken. Most olyan Database Sales Agent-et keresünk, aki szeret proaktívan kapcsolatot kezdeményezni, magabiztosan kommunikál telefonon, és képes gyorsan megérteni az ügyfelek céljait. Nálunk meglévő adatbázissal dolgozol: korábbi érdeklődőket és ügyfeleket keresel meg, felveszed velük a kapcsolatot, és segítesz nekik megtalálni a következő képzést, ami valódi előrelépést hoz számukra. Ha motivál a teljesítmény, szeretsz emberekkel beszélni, és nem ijedsz meg attól, hogy te indítod a beszélgetéseket, nálunk gyorsan fejlődhetsz salesben.

A jövőbeni feladataid:

  • Meglévő adatbázisban szereplő érdeklődők és ügyfelek aktív, telefonos megkeresése
  • Kapcsolatfelvétel kezdeményezése és beszélgetések felépítése különböző ügyféltípusokkal
  • Ügyfelek karriercéljainak feltérképezése és tanácsadás a megfelelő képzések kiválasztásában
  • Meglévő ügyfélkapcsolatok fejlesztése, upsell és cross-sell lehetőségek azonosítása
  • Az oktatási termékek értékének közvetítése és személyre szabott ajánlatok kialakítása
  • Ügyféladatok naprakészen tartása a HubSpot CRM rendszerben
  • Kapcsolattartás e-mailen keresztül a sales folyamat támogatására
  • A kitűzött értékesítési célok elérése és aktív hozzájárulás a csapat eredményeihez

Requirements

Nálunk Te vagy a legjobb választás, ha:

  • Nem okoz gondot, hogy te kezdeményezed a kapcsolatfelvételt
  • Magabiztosan, érthetően és meggyőzően kommunikálsz
  • Szereted a pörgős, teljesítményalapú környezetet, és motivál a jutalék
  • Kitartó vagy, nem adod fel könnyen, és tudsz kezelni visszautasítást is
  • Gyorsan átlátod az ügyfelek helyzetét, és jól kérdezel
  • Nyitott vagy tanulni és fejlődni értékesítésben
  • Precízen dolgozol CRM rendszerben és követed a folyamatokat
  • Energikus vagy, jól bírod a tempót, és célorientáltan dolgozol
