Services SFT est actuellement à la recherche d'une agence partenaire pour répondre à un besoin d'aide personnelle à domicile pour un usager situé à Sherbrooke (Arrondissement Fleurimont).

  • Date de début : Dès le mardi 29 septembre 2026 (Début prévu avec le Besoin 2 à 17h30).
  • Date de fin : Indéterminée (Mandat à long terme).

Détails des besoins requis

🕒 BESOIN 1 : Matin combiné au dîner (Samedi et Dimanche à 9h30)

  • Fréquence : 2 services par semaine (Samedi et Dimanche).
  • Description : Aide au lever combinée au dîner, incluant l'aide au transfert, 2 toilettes partielles par semaine, l'habillage et l'aide à l'élimination (en début et en fin de matinée).

🕒 BESOIN 2 : Souper combiné au coucher (Mardi, Jeudi, Vendredi, Samedi et Dimanche à 17h30)

  • Fréquence : 5 services par semaine.
  • Description : Aide au souper combinée au coucher, incluant l'aide à l'élimination (début et fin de service), l'aide au transfert (début et fin de service) et l'habillage.

🕒 BESOIN 3 : Coucher (Lundi et Mercredi à 22h00)

  • Fréquence : 2 services par semaine.
  • Description : Aide au coucher incluant l'aide au transfert, l'habillage et l'aide à l'élimination.

Exigences:

Bien que le client refuse qu'un titre d'emploi précis (comme PAB ou ASSS) apparaisse sur la facture, la ressource envoyée doit posséder les compétences et formations pour effectuer les tâches suivantes :

  • Aide aux transferts et à la mobilité : Être en mesure d'effectuer des transferts sécuritaires au lever, au coucher et durant les repas.
  • Soins d'hygiène et assistance : Effectuer des toilettes partielles (2 par semaine) et assurer l'habillage complet de l'usager.
  • Aide à l'élimination : Assurer l'assistance à l'élimination de manière systématique en début et en fin de chaque bloc de service.
  • Aide à l'alimentation : Prendre en charge l'aide au dîner et au souper.
