Biolongeva es una empresa de salud y longevidad enfocada en tratamientos con péptidos y bienestar avanzado. Estamos en una etapa de crecimiento acelerado y buscamos a alguien que nos ayude a escalar nuestra presencia digital y generar leads de pacientes y afiliados B2C.

Buscamos un/a Performance Marketing Analyst (también conocido/a como trafficker o Paid Media Analyst) que lidere la estrategia de pauta digital de la empresa. No se trata de un perfil de contenido ni de community management — ese rol ya está cubierto.

Necesitamos a alguien técnico/a, analítico/a y orientado/a a resultados.

Responsabilidades

  • Crear, gestionar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads, TikTok Ads e Instagram Ads
  • Analizar el funnel de conversión de forma diaria (por hora y tipo de contenido) e identificar puntos de caída
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de pauta de manera eficiente para maximizar el ROI
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de SEO y SEM para impulsar el crecimiento orgánico y reducir la dependencia de pauta pagada
  • Posicionar la marca Biolongeva en buscadores tradicionales y buscadores de IA (Google, ChatGPT, Claude) en términos como “péptidos” y “longevidad”
  • Colaborar con el equipo de contenido para alinear creatividades con los objetivos de conversión
  • Reportar métricas clave y proponer mejoras accionables de forma proactiva

Requirements

Perfil Ideal

  • Experiencia comprobada manejando pauta digital en Google Ads, TikTok Ads y Meta Ads
  • Conocimientos sólidos de SEO/SEM y posicionamiento orgánico
  • Capacidad de analizar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en métricas
  • Perfil autónomo, proactivo y con iniciativa — capaz de trabajar de forma independiente
  • Formación universitaria en Marketing, Comunicación, Ingeniería o afines
  • Buen nivel de inglés (lectura y comunicación)
  • Experiencia en sectores de salud, bienestar o consumo masivo es un plus
  • Familiaridad con herramientas como Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, y plataformas de automatización
