Tai labiausiai robotizuota ir automatizuota baldų gamykla Lietuvoje, kurioje pritaikyti gamybiniai sprendimai naudojami pirmą kartą Europoje. Čia apjungiamas tvarumas ir efektyvumas, įdiegtos naujausios ir našiausios technologijos.

Šiuo metu "Inno Line" prie savo komandos kviečia prisijungti Pamainos vadovą (-ę)!

Kokias atsakomybes patikėsime:

  • organizuosi ir koordinuosi pamainos darbą, efektyviai paskirstydamas žmogiškuosius ir gamybinius resursus;
  • užtikrinsi gamybos plano įvykdymą, kokybės, našumo ir saugos reikalavimų laikymąsi;
  • stebėsi ir analizuosi pagrindinius gamybos rodiklius bei priimsi sprendimus veiklos efektyvumui gerinti;
  • ugdysi, motyvuosi ir telksi komandą bendrų tikslų siekimui;
  • koordinuosi kasdienius procesus ir operatyviai spręsi iškilusias situacijas;
  • rengsi gamybos ataskaitas bei teiksi siūlymus veiklos gerinimui;
  • prisidėsi prie nuolatinio procesų tobulinimo ir LEAN kultūros stiprinimo.

Requirements

Tikime, kad tu:

  • esi įgijęs (-usi ) aukštąjį išsilavinimą (inžinerijos/vadybos sritys);
  • turi komandos vadovavimo patirties gamybos ar pramonės įmonėje;
  • gebi organizuoti darbą ir priimti sprendimus dinamiškoje aplinkoje;
  • moki motyvuoti komandą ir siekti bendrų rezultatų;
  • puikiai komunikuoji lietuvių kalba, o rusų ir anglų kalbos žinios būtų didelis privalumas;
  • turi gerus darbo kompiuteriu įgūdžius (Excel, Word ir kt.);
  • esi orientuotas (-a) į rezultatą, kokybę ir nuolatinį tobulėjimą.
