Šiuo metu į 24/7 veikiantį Plastiko liejimo padalinį ieškome Pamainos vadovo (-ės), kuris (-i) vadovaus vienai iš 4 gamybos pamainų.

Šioje pozicijoje Tu:

  • Koordinuosi gamybos pamainos darbą ir resursus.
  • Darbus organizuosi vadovaudamasi (-s) gamybos planu.
  • Būsi atsakinga (-s) už gamybos procesų ir gaminamos produkcijos kokybės užtikrinimą.
  • Užtikrinsi darbų saugos ir sveikatos reikalavimų įgyvendinimą savo komandai.
  • Dalyvausi LEAN sistemos diegime, turėsi plačias galimybes gamybos efektyvinimo idėjų įgyvendinimui.
  • Deleguosi atsakomybes pavaldiems darbuotojams, vertinsi jų našumą ir atlikto darbo kokybę.
  • Įgyvendinsi pamainos tikslus, atliksi rezultatų analizę, teiksi ataskaitas.
  • Dirbsi pamainomis po 12 val.: 2 dieninės, 2 naktinės, 4 laisvos (dieninė pamaina 6:00-18:30; naktinė pamaina 18:00-06:30, naktinės darbo val. apmokamos 1,5 tarifu).

Requirements

Ko iš Tavęs tikimės:

  • 3+ metų komandos valdymo patirties gamybinėje įmonėje,
  • Gamybos organizavimo principų išmanymo, gebėjimo analizuoti pamainos rezultatus,
  • Gebėjimo efektyviai deleguoti užduotis, greitai spręsti iškilusias problemas,
  • Saugos ir sveikatos reikalavimų išmanymo ir jų užtikrinimo pamainoje,
  • Gebėjimo taikyti LEAN, PPI įrankius,
  • Kompiuterinio raštingumo (MS Office), gebėjimo dirbti su vidinėmis verslo valdymo sistemomis,
  • Aukštesniojo/ aukštojo išsilavinimo,
  • Labai gerų lietuvių kalbos žinių, anglų bei rusų kalbos pagrindų.

Atlyginimas:

Vertindami kandidatų pastangas ir patirtį, siūlome patrauklų atlyginimą, kuris atitinka įgūdžius ir kompetenciją. Šios pozicijos darbo užmokestis siekia nuo 18 Eur/h iki 22 Eur/h ( ~3024 Eur – 3696 Eur) neatskaičius mokesčių, priklausomai nuo tavo patirties ir kompetencijos.

  • Darbo sutartyje nurodomas fiksuotas valandinis atlyginimas neatskaičius mokesčių.
  • Naktinės darbo val. apmokamos 1,5 tarifu.
