Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours Location: Remote (LATAM, Pakistan, Philippines, South Africa Preferred)

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide substantive legal support across litigation, corporate, and compliance matters.

This is more than an administrative legal support role. You’ll work closely with attorneys on:

  • Legal research and analysis
  • Legal drafting and document preparation
  • Litigation and discovery support
  • Case and deadline management
  • Corporate documentation
  • Compliance and regulatory matters
  • E-discovery and document review

The ideal candidate has strong legal research and writing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple legal matters and deadlines simultaneously.

If you’re comfortable working independently, handling confidential information, and supporting attorneys in a fast-paced U.S. legal environment, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Own

Legal Drafting & Documentation

  • Draft and revise contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence under attorney supervision.
  • Prepare corporate governance documents, including resolutions, minutes, and entity filings.
  • Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and completeness.
  • Assist with contract reviews and summarize key terms, obligations, deadlines, and potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate versions and organized records of legal documents.

Legal Research & Analysis

Conduct legal research using:

  • Westlaw
  • LexisNexis
  • Government databases
  • Other legal research platforms

Research:

  • Statutes
  • Regulations
  • Case law
  • Court rules
  • Compliance requirements

Prepare concise research summaries and legal memos that allow attorneys to quickly understand relevant findings and apply them to active matters.

Litigation & Case Management

  • Track litigation calendars, discovery deadlines, hearings, filing dates, and other critical milestones.
  • Maintain organized case files and matter documentation.
  • Prepare and organize exhibits, evidence files, deposition summaries, and trial binders.
  • Assist with hearing, mediation, arbitration, deposition, and trial preparation.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding legal tasks.
  • Ensure attorneys have the necessary documentation and materials ahead of key deadlines.

Discovery & E-Discovery Support

  • Assist with discovery requests, responses, and document productions.
  • Review and organize documents for litigation matters.
  • Support e-discovery workflows and large-scale document review projects.
  • Maintain accurate production records and version control.
  • Help ensure discovery obligations and deadlines are met.

Experience with platforms such as the following is valuable:

  • Provide appropriate matter updates under attorney direction.
  • Coordinate with attorneys to prioritize deadlines and deliverables.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
