About the Role

We are seeking a Partner Relationship Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a book of referral partners and serves as their main point of contact, driving referral-to-funding conversion and helping turn referrals into funded deals.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, relationship-focused, and highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. The candidate must have availability to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to referral partners
  • Update and track deal status
  • Assist with communication to merchants when necessary
  • Organize and track each partner's performance
  • Report on partner activity and results to upper management

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Partner/Channel Relationship roles.
  • Strong Sales closing skills, account management and CRM organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Fluent spoken English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proper documentation to travel aboard
