組織・チームのミッション

この大きなアセットを起点に、新たなマーケットプレイス体験として、お客さま同士のコミュニケーションやコミュニティ体験を活用した新しいコマースプラットフォームの立ち上げを進めています。 この新たなプラットフォームにおけるPartner Sales and Successチームのミッションは、出品者の成長にコミットし、社会に新しい販売方法や体験を創出することです。

メルカリが持つ大きな基盤を活かしながら、プロダクト・カスタマーサポート・マーケティングなどのさまざまなチームと連携し、仮説検証を重ねながら、スピード感を持って事業づくりを進めています。出品者の特性を活かすプロダクト体験を構築し、メルカリグループの新たな成長を支える事業を創造していきます。

業務内容

今回募集するPartner Sales and Success Specialistのポジションは、新たなプラットフォームの出品者を最大化するとともに、利用促進に向けた交渉・契約合意やプロジェクト管理を担っていただきます。

具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。

  • 出品者への架電などによる営業活動
  • 出品後の販促導入提案、売上拡大コンサルティング
  • 目標達成のための営業状況管理
  • クロージングサポートなどパートナー経由の営業支援
  • プロダクト、マーケティング、カスタマーサポートなど、メルカリグループを横断した様々な関係者と協働した事業の推進、および成果創出に向けたプロジェクトマネジメント

  • マネジメント経験
  • トレーディングカード、キャラクターグッズ、タレントグッズ等のカテゴリーにおける実務経験、または深いドメイン知識
