The posting

First Circle is the leading and fastest growing, technology-led financial service business for SMEs in the Philippines. We've already transformed access to credit for thousands of businesses, and now we're building a full service digital-first small business bank offering multi-currency bank accounts, payments, FX, corporate credit cards, and payroll. As we enter this next phase of growth, we're hiring exceptional talent with a track record of excellence to join us in shaping the next chapter.

First Circle works with chambers, associations, business organizations, and industry partners across the Philippines to reach more SME owners and build stronger business communities. As our partnership activities continue to grow, we are looking for a Partnership Analyst to support the execution of events, partnership initiatives, and business development activities under the Acquisition team.

This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with the Partnership Manager, Account Managers, internal teams, event organizers, partners, and suppliers to make sure our events and partnership activities run smoothly from planning and preparation through actual execution and post-event reporting.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, meeting people, organizing moving parts, and seeing a project through from start to finish.

What’s different about Partnerships at First Circle?

  • Diverse industry exposure. You get exposure to different industries and business communities through chambers, associations, conferences, expos, and other SME-focused events.
  • End-to-end business event operations. You will work both behind the scenes and on the ground. One day may involve coordinating with suppliers and preparing event requirements, while another may involve setting up a booth, meeting business owners, and supporting an event onsite.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. You will work directly with different teams and external stakeholders, including Acquisition, Finance, Marketing, event organizers, business associations, suppliers, and partners.
  • Nationwide travel. You will have opportunities to travel as First Circle participates in events and partnership activities across the Philippines.
  • Career growth beyond coordination. You will build experience across events, partnerships, sales operations, and business development, giving you exposure beyond a traditional administrative or coordinator role.

What you’ll be doing

  • End-to-End Event Operations & Logistics: Oversee complete event execution - from initial planning, coordinating operational requirements and permits, and supplier coordination to ingress and booth setup, onsite logistics, and egress. Work with suppliers such as booth contractors, printers, logistics providers, and other event vendors. Prepare and monitor event materials, flyers, collaterals, equipment, and other requirements before deployment. Support booth setup and dismantling and assist with event logistics when needed. Document events through photos, videos, attendance records, and post-event reporting.
  • Onsite Engagement & Representation: Serve as a representative for First Circle at events by engaging attendees, handing out collaterals, and delivering foundational product information.
  • Lead & Data Management: Track, verify, and organize event-generated leads, ensuring accurate tagging, duplicate checks, and proper team assignments.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Document event activities through multimedia and attendance logs while measuring key performance metrics to evaluate overall success.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Market Research: Partner with internal teams (Acquisition, Finance, and Marketing) and external stakeholders while researching prospective events, sponsorship packages, and industry partnerships. Gather information such as sponsorship packages, audience profiles, event costs, schedules, and participation requirements to support future partnership decisions.

Requirements

  • Relevant background. Experience in events, partnerships, business development, sales, marketing, account coordination, or a related field is an advantage, but we are open to candidates with strong potential.
  • Technical proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace). Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and basic formulas.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills. Comfortable handling several moving requirements at the same time.
  • Stakeholder communication. Confident in communicating with business owners, partners, organizers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Event engagement. Comfortable engaging people and explaining First Circle’s products and services during events.
  • Adaptability. Resourceful and able to respond quickly when plans or event requirements change.
  • Flexible execution. Comfortable doing both desk-based coordination and hands-on event work.
  • Logistics readiness. Willing and physically able to assist with event materials, booth setup, and other reasonable logistical requirements.
  • Flexible working schedule. Willing to work flexible hours depending on event schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
  • Flexible working location. Willing to travel outside Metro Manila when required.
  • Driving capability. Ability to drive and a valid driver’s license are an advantage.

The nature of the role may require early morning ingress, evening egress, weekend activities, provincial travel, or overnight stays. Working schedules may be adjusted or offset depending on approved event requirements.

Benefits

  • HMO coverage from week one, life and accidental insurance, free catered lunches, monthly fitness, and more.
  • Hybrid work set-up with flexibility depending on event schedules and field requirements.
  • Approved transportation expenses for official events, including corporate Grab or car rental when applicable.
  • Meals and accommodation for approved events and business travel.
  • Opportunities to attend conferences, expos, business events, and partnership activities across the Philippines.
  • Exposure to different industries, business organizations, and SME communities.
  • Join a collaborative Acquisition team where you will work closely with sales, partnerships, finance, marketing, and other teams across First Circle.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
