Il Gruppo SDF, leader globale nel settore delle macchine agricole, è alla ricerca di un Parts Area Manager che si unisca al nostro team dinamico. In questo ruolo, il candidato avrà la responsabilità di gestire e ottimizzare le vendite di ricambi per la propria area di competenza.

Le principali responsabilità includono:

  • gestire e sviluppare le vendite di ricambi e componenti per i concessionari e clienti nel territorio assegnato;
  • stabilire obiettivi di vendita e formulare strategie per raggiungerli;
  • stabilire relazioni solide con concessionari e clienti chiave per garantire un servizio di alta qualità;
  • monitorare le performance di vendita e fornire report dettagliati alla direzione;
  • organizzare e condurre corsi di formazione sui prodotti per concessionari.

Requirements

  • Esperienza comprovata nella vendita di ricambi nel settore macchine agricole, automotive o settori affini;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Competenze informatiche, incluse abilità nel pacchetto Office;
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e in team;
  • Forti doti relazionali e orientamento ai risultati.

Condizioni di inserimento

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un gruppo internazionale, solido e in continua evoluzione, in un ruolo dinamico che offre autonomia, responsabilità e concrete opportunità di crescita professionale.

La selezione è finalizzata all'inserimento di un/una Parts Area Manager, con inquadramento non inferiore al livello B2 del CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. È previsto un trattamento retributivo annuo lordo a partire da €48.000,00, con possibilità di definizione di un pacchetto economico superiore, in funzione dell'esperienza maturata, delle competenze tecniche e trasversali, del livello di autonomia e responsabilità richiesti dal ruolo e degli ulteriori elementi che saranno approfonditi durante l'iter di selezione.
